We at Al Capri love to prepare pizzas that bring great joy, we choose the ingredients with passion and care, both for the dough and for the filling. In our pizzeria in Bareggio we work the dough slowly, leaving it to rise for many hours, to guarantee a tasty but highly digestible pizza. For all the pizzas on our menu you can choose between traditional classic or wholemeal dough, lighter and suitable for various types of diets. Each pizza is then created with quality raw materials, from local vegetables to typical cheeses from Northern Italy or purchased directly from suppliers chosen throughout our country, up to cured meats from quality farmers. Cooking in a wood-fired oven is the final touch to let you savor real Italian pizza, in all its special simplicity.

In our menu with the Mediterranean tradition we give ample space to pizzas, both classic and special.
All our pizzas are prepared with carefully selected, fresh and quality raw materials, left to rise slowly and cooked with passion. If you aim for simplicity, order a Margherita, but if you want stronger flavours, choose a Diavola with Calabrian esplanade or a Carrettiera with smoked provola, sausage and broccoli. If experimenting is up your alley, try the A mouth open pizza or the Delicata pizza.
